Should a customer not be satisfied with the delivered products, they can contact our Customer Services via In order for our guarantee to apply, any and all issues must be reported to our Customer Services immediately upon reception of the products, i.e. on the day of delivery, or as soon as defects are detected. The value corresponding to these products will be credited to the customer account. Our satisfaction guaranteed policy applies to product issues related to quality, damage during transport, incomplete deliveries, and manufacturing or packaging defects.

Our policy does not apply in the case of a product’s intrinsic qualities not meeting the customer's expectations (e.g. taste) or in the case of a product ordered by error. In these cases, our products are non-refundable.

Products ensures that the product information provided (e.g. dimensions, weight, etc) is accurate.

As with any consumable goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to check for potential contraindications before using any of our products.



All prices include VAT at the current rate when applicable.

If paid by credit card, the total amount of a first order is limited to 500 CHF. If paid by payment slip, the total amount of a first order is limited to 100 CHF.

All prices of the products displayed at the time of purchase are valid.

Delivery costs vary according to the value of the order. Free delivery applies for orders of 49 CHF or more. For orders with a value of under CHF 49, a standard delivery charge of 7 CHF is applied.

Articles reserves the right to limit the purchased quantities of certain products.

In the case of a product being out of stock at the time of shipment, the value of said item will not be charged or sent at a later time. The customer will be notified and can choose whether to order this item once it becomes available again as part of a separate order.

In Switzerland, the purchase of tobacco and tobacco substitutes is prohibited by law for persons under the age of 18. By purchasing such items, the customer certifies that they are 18+ years of age.

If the first order is paid for by invoice, it may not contain tobacco.

Order confirmation

The original order is the basis for calculating any special benefits or discounts, even if it is subsequently supplemented.

Payment methods accepts the following payment methods: credit cards, PostFinance Card, Paypal and payment slips (by mail or online).

In the case of payment by payment slip, a physical invoice with payment slip is sent to the customer along with the purchase order. Invoices are payable by the end of the same month.

If the payment deadline is not met, reserves the right to put the customer's subsequent order on hold and to charge a late payment fee. A payment reminder automatically leads to the suspension of the payment method by payment slip. In the event of a contentious collection, the latter will be definitively blocked. In certain cases, may require payment by credit card.

Customer's solvency reserves the right to evaluate the solvency of a customer. By ordering from, the customer agrees to such a credit check.

In the case of payment slip payment, reserves the right to request a payment advance or guarantee from the customer before shipping the order. reserves the rights to cancel or suspend the order of a customer at any time if the customer is insolvent, if one or more invoices associated to the accounts are unpaid or if has reason to believe that the customer is acting with fraudulent intent.
