Place of delivery
The delivery service is available in Switzerland and only by our partner DHL. After confirmation of the order by Holyweed.ch, the ordered items are shipped and delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery is made at the earliest on the next working day once the order is placed, provided that the order was made before 4:00 pm. Orders placed on Fridays before 4 p.m. are delivered on Saturday morning at the earliest.
Exceptions can occur in the instance when some locations limit deliveries to certain days of the week. Some delivery dates may be placed on hold or delayed, especially on peak days with exceptional delivery volumes. In such cases, claims for compensation cannot be made.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays (public and national).
In the case of customer absence at the time of delivery
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the package will be deposited in the milk box or, if requested by the customer, at the customer's front door or at reception or at the company's front door (unless he/she indicates otherwise).
Deliveries can also be delivered to a neighbour in the same building, if the customer indicates the neighbour's address and telephone number in the "optional details" section of his/her customer account before confirming his/her order.
